Antenna Rotator System - ARS for DOS
The ARS for DOS, will let you turn your antennas from any DOS aplication as
SwissLog and even when using your Packet terminal you will be able to point to
that place. Also, if satellite activity is what you prefer, you can use the ARS
from all those aplications that runs with the KCT, like the Instant-Track .
The ARS version v.3.7.b for DOS, includes the followings programs:
- Setup.exe:
Configuration program: it let you choose the Lpt port, customize the
Azimuth/Elevation rotor, etc.
- RciPlus.exe:
Main Program that installs a TSR subroutine for handle the RCI Board via
interrupt 0x61h.
- RciKct.com:
Compatibility program between the RCIPlus API and the KCT API. When loading
this driver after the RCIPlus, the RCIPlus works as the KCT driver.
- ARS.exe:
Utility program that let you turn manually the rotor using the RCI board.
It's a TSR program with a hot-key activation, and a friendly interface.
- Arstart.exe:
An uninstall utility.
- Demo programs:
Several programs with the sources included. Those example programs will be
usefull for those who want to integrate the RCI API in their own aplication.
The languages for them are "C" and "Pascal".
